Another great installment. I was thrilled with this one - and dear God, do I love me some Sara Linton. I also love Amanda (I know we aren't supposed to, but I really do). I didn't see the twist with Evelyn's kidnapping coming and while it felt a little quick for me once revealed, I was okay with it because I got more of Will and Sara.
Also, I'm equally as frustrated as Will is that people don't ask him for help. He cares so much about his people! Glad Faith eventually relied on him.

Utter disappointment is what this book is.
This book lacks the gripping chilling crime that Ms Slaughter usually delivers in her books that have kept me gripped for the last month. Though we do learn about Faith's mother the rest of the storyline lacks the crunching of bone shattering crime.
Sara and Will finally get together though Angie will fight.
Hopefully her next book will return to her normal standard...
