I really love this series! I hate Angie and I'm not sure if I like Amanda or not

Despite the obvious violence etc that's a default with any KS book, there's a surprising amount of nice moments. I love the little team/wildly dysfunctional found family vibes of will/faith/amanda/sara. And we love a romance.

While reading the Georgia series, I have found myself rooting for Will and Sara to get together. So much tension! What’s not to love about the wounded Will or the widowed Sara? Perhaps I would have a different perspective if I had read the Grant County series first and had a better understanding of Sara’s relationship with Jeffrey. But I didn’t. Thus, I longed for the Will and Sara hook up.

SpoilerHooray! Will and Sara are finally together!

However, the conclusion of Fallen and the easily forgotten fact that Will is still married to a reckless woman leave me with the expectation that something tragic will happen to their relationship in the next book. I guess we will find out soon enough. For now, I’ll just have to go back and read the Grant County series so that I have a better understanding of Sara’s relationship with Jeffrey. I wonder if that will change my feelings about Sara and Will?

Yes, it seems that I was more interested in the romantic plot than the suspense plot this time around.

Struggled with this one. Loved the main characters per usual in the series but the plot’s characters is where I lost interest. There were too many names thrown out who didn’t matter so I had a hard time keeping track of who was who. The “surprise” ending was far fetched instead of surprising. Overall, not my fav Will Trent book but still worth getting through since you get more of him and Sarah.
