Just a fun read. I’m not the target demographic, and I tend to not like socially awkward main characters, but the author’s lighthearted and humorous writing style kept me glued to this story

More of a 3.75 - I mean yes for all the bi/lesbian rep, but until the main character got to THAT moment, I was kinda ready to throttle her. But yay character growth!

What is it with Jennifer Dugan where her main characters tend to be terrible people? At least unlike "Love At First Set" here they're teenagers so I cut them more leeway for stupid decisions. But yikes, Lou is just unlikeable for most of this book until she has her "come to Jesus" moment towards the end.
I had high hopes but in the end I wanted more. The main character was not great...not very likable. Her scheme was stupid. The only people I really liked were Nike and C and they kinda got messed over the entire book.
