I saw this book is slow because I took my time to read it and do the activities with in. The book is easy to read and could move quickly.
I recommend to any woman that feels burden with life of yourself and others.

This book is geared towards women. I am not a woman. It’s decent, but not amazing if you’re not the target audience.

This is a "did not finish because I'm too burned out to read a book about burnout" and not because it's not good. It's so good. The first chapter knocked my socks off. I just couldn't deal with the pressure to read it before it was due back to the library, so I'll pick it up later.

Informative, even for me, but far too long. Goes into too much detail and I didn't find the more 'inspirational' arguments/style of writing convincing. Too bad because the scientific insights are very good

Maybe the most helpful “self help” book I’ve ever read, it felt fully research based without being stuffy or boring and was very approachable and relatable.
