I listened to this one and they gave me so much joy. Their friendship and their hearts. Also, I saw the recordings were on Netflix, so I’m going to watch that too. What a special book ♥️

Really good. A lot of it maybe seems like it's nothing new or earth shattering, but it's really good to have a reminder about how to be joyful. I enjoyed it, and may read it again in the future.

This is one of the few books that I’ve loved every single chapter of. I think this book could easily help almost anyone willing to read it and listen. It has helped me view death/mortality in a healthier way and has helped me recently a lot in the past month or so.

I was laughing, giggling, and crying all over the place.—in a good way. I’m going to buy a few copies for friends and family in hopes that they love it as much as I have.

I have read almost all of the Dalai Lama's books and I always feel so peaceful afterwards -- full of joy. ☸️✝️ This book was truly a blessing.
