First book I’ve read from this author. Listened to on audio and enjoyed this funny and clever murder mystery full of family drama. A full cast of narrators which I found really added to the enjoyment of the book.

Disappointing!

I haven't read Bella's other (and more popular/successful book) "How to Kill Your Family" and thought I'd start here...

I felt the book was a little underwhelming given what I was expecting.

A relatively simple story of a death in the family wrapped up in a murder case; and the ensuing family fued over their money and estate.

The characters weren't likeable (but that was the idea) and the story did feel a little laboured.  I did enjoy the addition of The Sleuth and felt that more could have been done with her character.

A decent read. I will be visiting Bella's other book "HTKYF" to see if the Hype is real...
