Eh. Not great. I couldn't finish it. If I had to hear one more thing about her inner goddess I was going to scream. My eyes started to hurt from rolling them so much.

The whole ending to this was just ridiculous. I skimmed the last 100 pages or so. Where did all the hot sex scenes go? That was my favorite (and the only good) part about this trilogy. At least there was some character growth. That was nice. *shrug*

Lame. Silly plot and no more sex.

Bleh

It ended so quickly, wasn't really a fan of that.

Up until the last page, couldn't put this book down!

Maybe a lot of people find the series really ridiculous, I did too, at the first book. But then I read the second book and turns out, it wasn't at all that bad. Then I came by with the third book, and it didn't upset me at all.

I love Ana. I love Christian. I love this book. Can't explain why.

Maybe it's because it's hilarious. Dunno. Maybe I should go read it again and find the reason why I love this book so much.

Way too romantical.

The first 60% percent of the book was excruciatingly boring. It was the same story line and I quote, via Ana: “You know,” I elucidate, “I do something you don’t like, and you think of some way to get back at me. Usually involving some of your kinky fuckery, which is either mind-blowing or cruel.” I shrug, resigned. This is exhausting and confusing." The story line is exhausting and repetitive.

But in the last third of the book, there are some interesting events which helped the overall story of the series. I read this series with the point of view that this is a fan fiction of Twilight which kept my interest through the series, however if it was not for my love for Twilight, I do not think I could have finished the series. The storyline was too repetitive, even the sex scenes started to bore me. There is a lack of actual substance in this story but does make for a great alternative reality for Bella and Edward.

James, E L (2012-01-17). Fifty Shades Freed: Book Three of the Fifty Shades Trilogy (Kindle Locations 5956-5957). Random House, Inc.. Kindle Edition.

I tried to savor the last book but found myself becoming disinterested. (Believe it!) and then at about 60% (kindle) it got great! Now what to read?
