This book surprised me. When I first started it I wasn't sure if I would continue just because of the writing style. But before I knew it the story just sucked me in. Absolutely beautiful book

"Either a mother and daughter know each other very well, or they are strangers."

I like to think I know my mom very well, I know her beside her being my mom. Although it may not be true after reading this. Mom was a child once, mom had dreams and aspirations, mom sacrificed a lot for us. Am I making her proud? Is she happy because of me? I don't know.

I need some days to recover from this.
