Really love the variety of individuals in here and so many people I wasn't expecting to see (Mary Lambert! Lizzo! Abbi Jacobson!). I do wish it had been more narrative based versus the same Q&A and some of the interviews were way too short. Still worth a read though!

An inspiring book of different art and creative businesses each woman has and about their journey along their business lives. They share their helpful advice for business, their struggles and about their business/creativity. It was really helpful to read the advice they would give and the advice they found helpful along the way too. A great book I’d recommend to any one thinking of starting or buying a small business and any business owner.

I inhaled this book in one sitting. This is a book that I will buy in hard copy to put in my workspace on the reference books shelf, to open again and again when I need inspiration or a boost to my will to keep on keeping on. These women are all so inspiring and I learned so much from reading about their successes, their struggles and their lessons learned.

A friend gave me this book as a gift when I opened my own business, and it's one that I don't really wanna read like a normal book... I wanna flip to a random page when I need some encouragement from another business owner! And if I'm reading like that, it didn't make sense to me to track it page by page.
