Cute and for all ages. Milk, Mocha and Macha have my heart. Milk & Mocha remind me of my fiance and myself... especially with the food. I would love to read another series with this trio.

Milk & Mocha is nothing short of adorable. The art style is simplistic yet captivating, and each short has an enjoyable story or life lesson that will have you falling head over heels for the cute sanrio-like characters. Overall, a wonderful read that I could easily see reading whenever I need a joyful pick-me-up.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an eARC!
I snagged this one because I just needed to take a breath. I feel like these comics put me in a little trance--I feel so calm now, it's amazing. This is an absolutely adorable slice-of-life comic--it feels like being wrapped up in a big fuzzy blanket with a steaming cup of tea in your hands. Although short (you can finish this in under 15 minutes unless you really take your time to admire the details), Milk & Mocha is a great little book to settle down with when you need to relax.
Mocha is also nonverbal, which I greatly appreciated. :)

I absolutely LOVE Milk & Mocha, so I was excited to see a whole collection of this cute comic on Netgalley. This I had to get!
In this book we follow Milk (a white bear/ice bear) and Mocha (a brown bear) and their lives together. These two are very much in love and we get to see their daily lives with plenty of adorable and cute scenes that made me just go aww so many times. From yummy food, to cute messages, to fun times watching shows. I loved seeing their daily lives and see how adorable they are together. I have to say that I was already sharing these with my hubby (they are perfect as they are so sweet) when I spy them on Twitter, but I have to share even more now with this cute book. I am considering buying the book for him!
And a lot of things are relatable. Yes, I am not a bear, my hubby is quite a bear, but also not a bear. XD Like how Milk flops on Mocha’s lap after a tiring day. Or how one kiss is indeed not enough. Or that one comic that Milk has a big big scary nightmare and wakes up, all startled, then turns to Mocha and clings to them and all is well. I do that as well when I have had a scary dream. And there were more, it was just so cute and so fun.
A lot of the scenes in this book are without words, which works very well because you can clearly see and understand the situation just from the illustrations. Plus, it also works since Mocha cannot speak and communicates solely by signs, like by a tablet.
I loved that we met Matcha, an appropriately named little dragon-like creature that is all green (well, except his spikes, those are yellow). Matcha is a bit of a handful at times, they really seem to love Milk the most. At times I felt a bit for Mocha because they try and Matcha is just growly or angry at them. I am happy that as the story continues we see things mellow out a bit more.
And I am totally happy that we got to see a story about how these two met! SOOOO CUTE!
All in all, are you in the need for something adorable? Love slice of life? Love some cute bears doing cute things? Grab this one~

Milk and Mocha are two bears who live together with their mini dinosaur, Matcha. They are adorable as they share their story and adventures. I love that the graphics are simple, yet so colorful!
fast-paced
This was a cute quick read! It was like reading a "cup hot cocoa". Cute, warm, & wholesome. My only complaint is that I wish it had more dialogue. Not alot going on within the comic strips, but it was still cute to see the art & the characters doing "cute" things. Fun to read if you have like an hour of mindless reading.
These two adorable bears in love started as stickers on LINE app, then having their own comic series. This was so refreshing and adorable and just the light read I needed. An absolute favorite watching these two bears and their pet dino in their simple daily lives.
Read this review and more on my blog, uncovered-books.
I received a free copy of Milk & Mocha: Our Little Happiness from the publisher in exchange for my honest opinion.
You might have seen Milk and Mocha gif’s floating around the internet but not realised who they were before. That was my introduction to these two bears. When I found out on Twitter that they were a webcomic I was 1) happy to find out how to find more of these two cute bears and 2) interested to see what they do in the webcomics. This book is a collection of some of their comics.
The art style in here is very simple, but gorgeous. The artwork is the main conveyor of meaning, as words are limited in their use throughout. I personally like this style as I find the artwork conveys the message well enough, and majority of the time I find that words can take away from the comic.
Love this collection of comics, I cannot wait to see more comics involving these two bears (and Matcha).
