I read this book over the course of a month or two due to the fact that I had to keep taking breaks. I just couldn’t stomach it all in one go. My heart aches for these boys and the fact that their experiences are shared by others out there.

The book changed my life and my view on everything. Really. And in a good way. 'Nuff said.

Mysterious Skin is my favorite movie so I was excited to read the book and it was so much better then I expected, I loved how it focused more on Eric and his thoughts compared to the movie. Brian and Neil's conversation at the end of the book is one of my favorite conversations I've read.
