Every year I like to read a Christmas novel to get in a festive mood but I ended up loving this book!

It’s not so much a romance book as advertised but more a coming of age (well the protagonist is 32…) / finding yourself story with a super funny and relatable main protagonist and great popcultural references. I literally laughed out loud while reading it and had a few tears at the end.

It’s so heart warming and not at all unrealistic (ok except for the whole reliving the same day over and over again haha) at least not unrealistic how human relationships (family and romantic ones) have been portrait by the author.

Of your looking for a fun (British humor!!!) and still somehow smart entertaining read with Christmas vibes that reads like a fun tv series - this is your book!

One of the better groundhog day holiday books. Enjoyed the characters and the evolution of the relationships.

I know it's only July but I couldn't resist reading this one. It's been on my TBR pile for a while now and I wanted to get stuck in.

I really like Gwen, she's a bit of an overthinker like myself so very relatable, as was her relationship breakdown and her job that she doesn't enjoy and there being some unsavoury characters in her job.

I really like the relationship that Gwen has with her Cousin Manny, it's like best friends rather than family and it's so heartwarming.

I was really routing for Gwen, she's such a great character. The groundhog day scenario was really funny but with a serious edge. Decision making is the order of the day (recurring). I love Christmas but not sure I could cope with Christmas day again and again, haha.

I also loved throughout the book the mentions of different TV series, most of which I've watched recently.

I love the character Dev and I so hoped all the way through the book, from the moment you meet him in the back garden.

I really enjoyed this book. It had laugh out loud moments and was full of Christmas cheer. But it was also touching and sweet, and a reminder that things aren't always what they seem. If you are looking for an uplifting and entertaining Christmas read, this is the book for you.

Thanks so much to NetGalley and Harper 360 for the ARC!

This was a cute Christmas story. I think I've read so many Groundhogs day type stories that when I found out this is what it was, I was disappointed.

It was executed very well but I think I need a break from this particular storyline.

Lighthearted, humorous, and completely entertaining, this is the Groundhog Day of the Christmas season. Beautifully written with relatable characters that capture you from the start. This is the story of Gwen Baker, and in her journey to get over a bad breakup, she finds herself on a never ending Christmas Day time loop and a path to self discovery and reconnection with family. Definitely recommend, and perfect for this time of year! Thanks to the author, publisher, & NetGalley for the opportunity to review this eBook!
