I cried so much in the end that my nose got blocked, solid narration, honestly just read it to reduce my physical tbr pile but it was a really good book, it's a bit boring in the beginning but it doesn't take away the twist that changes everything in the end

Still reeling from the story - not because of the twists but because of the storytelling and characters. The revelations and losses hit so beautifully because of the well written, subtle and intimate passages.
We Were Liars leaves me feeling a little bit wiser. A little bit more weathered.

I was really, really, not expecting that plot twist. I can’t make sense of it! I knew there was going to be a twist, but, I was thinking something completely different.
Some parts were definitely drawn out. I have the book, and I really appreciated the short chapters, but even still, some parts felt redundant. I was able to find this on Libby, so, audiobook saved this for me! Other than that, I really, really enjoyed this!!
