All Souls Hits a Sweet Spot

This was an enjoyable and easy read that left me wanting more. One can only hope the story will continue.

I stumbled upon the All Souls Trilogy rather by accident and am very pleased with these books. Masterfully woven story of a forbidden love between and witch and a vampire. These are the first books I have read this year that I have given a 5 star rating to, and they are quite worthy of that rating.

I read the first book of the trilogy in December 2017 and planned on reading the other two the same month. But then I got sick so I had to postpone until January (which explains the "read" date I set).
I can honestly say that I enjoyed the audiobooks but am glad that I also got this pretty boxed set simply because of all the spells and prophecies - and the little commonplace notebook. :D

Here is my review for A Discovery of Witches.
Here is my review for Shadow of Night.
Here is my review for The Book of Life.

I can't wait for the book that includes all the information on the different creatures, the history and magic to come out this year! I'm much less enthusiastic about the TV show they are currently filming after seeing the cast. *sighs*

JUST WOW!!!

It’s so hard for me to put into words how I felt reading this trilogy.........

Book 1 - I struggled to get into this book it is incredibly wordy and so much happens in such a short space of time but I stuck it out and by 60% I was completely hooked.

Book 2 - This by far was my favourite of the series like book 1 so much happens in a short space of the but the action in this book and the world building really was out of this time !!!

Book 3 - What an amazing conclusion everything about Diana and Mathews story was wrapped up in a nice time weave !!!

A brand new way of storytelling about supernatural creatures. The way Deborah created her characters were very interested especially the character development throughout the series, as the story continued to unfold you get to see conflict and tension between main characters and the villains. With all relationships there will be test, unexpected twist and turns that will you on the edge of your thinking what could happened next. This is must read series which has the right amount magic and romance that will leave you falling in love with these characters and the world of All Soul. This series has earned it spot on my favourite list.
