I really loved this one. Seeing a mature heroine was so wonderful! And getting a sense of the world at large here was exciting. This may be my favourite addition to this series, and I am stoked to read about Syasku and Vivian next. We were introduced to a ton of new Naga in this book, and I'm intrigued to see who all will get their own books in the future.

I really like this series. I like that with every book you get more and more information on what happened with earth and how the naga’s came to be. It’s like peeling back the story layer by layer and it works for these books.

I also really liked that Laura was an “older” bride. That she was past her child bearing age and still coveted and love. There’s nothing wrong with that kind of bride for Azsote. He just wants a bride. And he was more rational around Laura than I’ve seen in the past. He is more reserved but still covetous and I was a huge fan.

This book also opens the world up to more Naga and more storylines. I’m super curious as to where this will eventually go and I will absolutely read the next book in the series. And have you seen the alternate covers?!? I need them all. 10/10 recommend this series.

Frankly, if someone dropped me in Naga time Earth, I'd never fucking leave (im only half joking)

my unexpected favorite thing about this series is the reluctant camaraderie among the Nagas :') I love how they're finding their way back to having clans again

Azsote and Laura are the filthiest in the series

the males in these books are getting more self-sacrificing too

This book was intense, full of action and angst. I think the MMC was the most handsome of all the nagas so far. The FMC fights the lovin' at first, but finally falls for the hero. It was the best edited of the series yet, which gave it the 5th star. There's no cliffhanger, but you will really want to read more of the backstory... and the next book isn't out yet! Ugh. HEA
