I really enjoyed this novel focusing on Chinese mythology. I found the world building believable and story line captivating. I know this is part of a duology, of which I look forward to reading the second book. There are some unfinished storylines I hope get resolved, but they are incidental to the main storyline.

I really enjoyed this story. I would LOVE to see an animated show or movie made for it. The author paints a vivid picture of each moment and it is just beautifully written for a YA audience. The characters are lovable and the plot speaks for itself. And my dream of traveling via cloud finally came true.
