Everything that was presented in the book so far was over-generalised. Feels like a script from boy's locker room talk, slightly polished with anatomy knowledge in many cases. Maybe he redeems everything towards the end, but then the information is presented way too late. Pay attention to your partner, and learn some anatomy could be the summary. I would not recommend.

Surely this book has been of use for many a reader, and admittedly, I am not the target audience.
I'd say the main issues with this book are that it could easily have been summed up into a few paragraphs. It seems as though the ideal audience is someone inexperienced in the ways of pleasing a woman, but likely isn't going to be earth shattering to someone more experienced.
I think it should also be stated that a woman's ability to relax and feel a deep and true connection is going to greatly influence her ability to enjoy sex and reach "completion." I am not slut shaming a one night stand just stating that it's likely going to be harder to reach the apex of pleasure in those encounters.
Lastly, it is a bit outdated. In the section about 'safe sex' it's worth noting that there really is no such thing as safe sex, condoms don't prevent STDs entirely. The statistics on genital herpes appears to be grossly understated since it's understood that about 90% of the population has herpes, not 16 or 18% or whatever the figure was here. And Kerners statement that women are more likely to get STDs than men should bring pause because while I have heard this stated elsewhere, where do you think the women get their STDs from? Most often (statistically speaking) it would be from other men. And men are also known to undertest for STDs, they're less likely to get tested themselves and often rely on their female partners to alert them of any issues should they arise. This could easily account for disparities.
Not entirely sure this book is worth the time. And for the newbie, I am sure an article or two exists to provide a summary of anything that could be learned here.

Am I officially a middle-aged lady now that I’m openly reading smut? In all honesty, this was fabulous: humorous *and* educational. I only started to play it as a joke when I saw it available as a free audiobook on Spotify, and hoped my husband would notice it in the “recently played” next time he put on an episode of Joe Rogan. But I like this guy’s style- who wouldn’t love quotes from Strunk & White’s Elements of Style in a sex book?? It reminds me of that scene in Revenge of the Nerds where the nerd turns out to be really good at sex because nerds spend all day thinking about it. So in any case, I ended up listening to the whole book and enjoyed it.
This is the most thorough guide for eating out that I’ve read. The author spends approximately 100 pages on the “how-to” section of performing cunnilingus, including positioning considerations, framing stimulation in the context of the sexual response cycle, and he gives different “routine” suggestions for beginner, intermediate and advanced cunnilinguists. He also spends a solid piece of the book going through sexual anatomy and addressing some of the misconceptions and concerns folks may have about performing oral on a vagina owner. There are aspects of the book that seem dated, he could have expanded some of sexual communication, and discussed conversations about consent. Overall I think he achieved his intent, which was to educate folks about how to prioritize female pleasure, specifically through oral sex and by decentering penetration, while doing so with some humor and anecdotes.
