Another fantastic installation to the series.
I am loving these quick, funny, sexy, and light reads.
I really dug Ryan. Even if he was essentially a male version of Chloe.
But, that ending?! What. The. Heck!

Another sexy and fun read in the series of dating catastrophes. In this installment, Chloe (the Heroine) didn't meet her newest man through the dating app as she had previously done. They happened to meet organically. Well, sort of. This man and his beard. She is all about that beard. ;) But then she meets his mom. While each novella can be read as a stand alone, they all go together to form the whole story. There is no HEA ending.... yet. I would highly suggest reading them in order to get the full story, as there are parts that carry over from book to book as we follow Chloe on her quest to find 'The One' all the while trying to keep her spirits up. We are also watching her try to get over her longtime crush on her roommate and good friend, Austin, as she realizes he is getting closer to popping the question to his girlfriend. There is sexual content that is suitable for mature readers. There are lots of laughs. No tears included. This is a good fun light-hearted story.

Spring, Summer and now it is Fall and Chloe still on the market when a mistake drops a bearded artist, Ryan, right into her lap.

Ryan seemed perfect for Chloe. He checked all her boxes, but then BAM the other shoe drops and Chloe begins to question on if Ryan is the one for her.

There is a little bump in the Chloe/Charlotte friendship and it was a little struggle for Chloe, but the two best friends will always come out on top. Austin, well he just continues to be himself throughout this story when it comes to Chloe’s dating, but I can’t help but love him.

Chloe’s dating adventures is quickly becoming one of my favorite guilty pleasures and I can’t wait to see where things go next for her!

The season continues with Chloe dating failures, this was a different kind of meeting and all I can say is a beard. This novella was fun and entertaining, as the rest of the series it can be read as a standalone, but I strongly recommend doing them all in order so it will be a better experience altogether. I laughed a lot while reading this story, is one of the things I love about this series.

Bacon legs. Bacon legs. Bacon legs. That’s it. I’m done.

Knock knock.

Who’s there?

Bacon legs.

Bacon legs who?

Just Bacon Legs.

Knock knock.

Who’s there?

How do you make a perfect sandwich?

I can’t even get up to answer the door because I’m rolling around the floor laughing. It could only be better if I was rolling around laughing on a canvas on the floor covered in Prussian Blue paint. Making art.

At least Austin will come out with his swiffer to clean up after me.

Please just read these books. I’m so madly in love with Chloe, and Austin is beardiful.

Fall Hard was the perfect pick me up that I needed today.

I loved this book. I love how we are seeing Chole evolve over the series and finding out what she really wants from dating. There is a lot of laughs to be had while reading this book. The characters are amazing. It is an easy and fast-paced read. I would HIGHLY recommend it! I received and ARC copy of this book for my honest opinion.

As "Fall Hard" began, main character Chloe had decided to take a break from dating in order to focus on the launch of her new pottery business, Mae'd with Love. Her newfound resolve was tested when she met a handsome bearded artist and ended up sharing a booth with him at her first craft show. At first, Ryan seemed like he could be her perfect match, but it wasn't long before doubts started to creep in and Chloe realized that Ryan wasn't as perfect as he initially seemed. Besides that, a fight with her best friend, Charlotte, made Chloe realize that she wasn't quite as over her crush on her roommate, Austin, as she'd thought she was.

This story was even funnier than the first two! I couldn't help laughing at Chloe's inner monologue and the crazy situations she somehow managed to get herself into. I also enjoyed the continued evolution of the dynamic between Chloe and Austin. I've been rooting for them to end up together since the beginning of the series, and Austin's behavior in this episode really made it seem as if he secretly returned her feelings. The sandwich-making lesson he gave Chloe was so loaded with heat and innuendo that it's a miracle the two of them didn't spontaneously combust and start a kitchen fire!

Overall, I loved "Fall Hard" and highly recommend it for fans of chick lit and romantic comedy. I can't wait to find out what happens in episode #4!

Chloe is making progress in her dating adventures. The ending was everything. Even though I know her story is a long way to go. There are at least three more books in the series, so I know the next book is not the end game. But I’m so looking forward to the next book to see what happened to her.
