Review is of the audiobook. And really, I should probably have given it four stars because the narration was a little bland. Also, I think this is a book I would have appreciated reading on paper so I could easily go back and reference previous passages.

A magnificent work of literature it is not. But it was definitely a well-structured framework to make change happen, with a wide variety of real-world examples of change makers. Highly recommend.

Chip Heath & Dan Heath have a conversational, engaging style that made "Switch" easy to read and apply. I am an HR leader by trade, and as I was reading through each chapter my mind was applying concepts to the age-old problem of front-line leadership & performance conversations. Change is all about adopting and sticking with new behaviors. The Heath Brothers offered relevant, actionable concepts that I could get my mind around and include in my planning.

Rave, rave, rave! It is very unusual for me to react this way to a "business book club book-of-the-month," but my enthusiasm is well warranted. If you are looking to make big changes in your life, your business or the world, this is a must-read. Anyone working in advocacy of any kind should read it. Plus, they use the FlyLady (Marla Cilley) as an example! Can't go wrong! :)
