A very interesting book like all other books by Heath brothers. It is a little hard to digest, but worth it. Great lessons about what makes us behave certain ways and how we can promote change, influence it in small but meaningful ways.

An excellent introduction to how to encourage change
I was in a meeting at work recently, and saw next to my name on a project plan that I would be responsible for "change management." This made me think that I should maybe learn something official about change management!
A couple of different sources recommended this book, and it was really fascinating. I would have enjoyed this book even without the work-based motivation.
The authors did a fantastic job of finding compelling examples of change across all areas of life, and at all scales, and typically instigated by people with minimal power. Early in the book, they promise there is information in this book for people looking to make change at all levels - in their personal lives, at their jobs, or in society as a whole - and they deliver.
There were a couple of critical takeaways for me in my current role as a trainer, so it was definitely helpful for my job, but it also was just a really interesting and often inspiring read. Recommend to anyone interested in psychology, sociology, and how to change people's minds.
