This book had me in a chokehold from the start to the finish, I went into this book with all the mixed reviews and people stating that if you loved gossip girl then you would love this book, and they were right I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH.
The story between parks and BJ hit me in the feels and I really connected with them both on such a deeper level. There were times when I wanted them to just be together and be happy and times when I was telling them to just go their separate ways because it was too much. The relationship is messy and heated but Jessa Hastings did such an amazing job writing it from both of their POV that you really connected with them both.
Tom England is such a sweetheart and I hope to see him more throughout the other books, he really had my heart and he treated parks so well even though he knew who she wanted in the end.
I can’t wait to continue the series and probably have my heart ripped out of my chest

I honestly despised the characters. They’re both so toxic but won’t let each other go or actually work on their problems. They both strive to hurt each other and it’s just annoying. And don’t even get me started on the way they talk to the reader like they’re on reality TV and the reader knows what all the clothing is and the drama and what not.
