Miss Kandi… Holdens story has got to be my favorite so far in the Red Zone Rivals #3 series. The cover may not be as sexy as Clay Johnson’s face claim but my man Holden doesn’t shy from nothing. The pacing was great, the story great, the backstories, devastating, the conflict, fitting, the solution, yes.
There were moments where I was terrified something bad was going to happen and it kept me on my toes in the good way because these two were BOLD. The p-pool?!
This is a really crappy review and I’m not sorry. If you made it this far you should just read it and enjoy it like I did lol k bye.

4⭐️- I loved this one!! I think my favorite out of all the books so far. Julip and Holden were perfect together! Holden’s proposal speech…SWOON! It was so perfect I’m in love with him. Coach Lee was overbearing and ridiculous throughout the whole book…I was glad he finally got his head out of his ass.
This book is for the angst lovers!
Steiner has done it again with Quarterback Sneak. I don't know how she makes each book in this series so good.
This time around we have a forbidden romance between the coach's daughter and the quarterback. I loved how their relationship came about and the two leads were fantastic. Julep was sassy and had a hard exterior and Holden was a tortured hero with a heart of gold. These two together had so much tension and angst that I ate it up. Julep and Holden made a wonderful couple. They were both romantic and steamy.
I also liked that Steiner made grief a big part of the story too, especially since both characters are dealing with their own. I think the topic of grief was handled well and was sensitive to the matter.
Overall, I have yet to be disappointed by a book in this series. Quarterback Sneak is a perfect book for the angst/forbidden romance lovers. It also has close proximity, secret romance, sports romance, he falls first, reverse grumpy/sunshine trope, neighbors to lovers trope and angst galore!

Loved this… also for me this book didn’t have the typical “third act” break up, there was drama obviously, but not the normal dumb misunderstanding or “not ready” or some weird past coming to haunt them, lol. This third act was good and different from of the books I have read and I think that’s one of the reasons I can rate this book 5 ⭐️.
The Forbidden romance in this book just does it for me too… it feels perfect, realistic and is done really well by Kandi in this book. I haven’t read the first book in this series… from some reason the reviews/ratings have held me back, but I think it’s time I take the drive and get my own opinion on it!

His dedication and love for life and julep is so amazingly warming to read about
It’s only the second book I’ve read this year but I love it and the connection they had made me so happy

This series is the cutest and Holden and Julep kept the train rolling. Holden is a sweet baby Angel and Julep is a sweetheart who’s been dealt a tough hand. This series is fantastic! Can’t wait for Hail Mary!
