It's rare that I read such a short book! But I loved it! Short, sweet, to the point. Every bit written with intention. I'd happily read more about any and all of the characters, but I think it's simplicity adds to the perfection.

continuing my quest to pick up every sarah gailey i can until I find a 5⭐️ we're getting closer with this one. vibes were solid and the ending landed pretty well. part of me wishes this lingered more so I could get a better feel for the world, but the smarter part of me knows some of what makes this work is the vague-ness in the setting details. and so the quest continues
