adventurous dark funny hopeful fast-paced

This series has some really weird, somewhat disturbing aspects to it, but I really liked it overall and thought that this final book in the series wrapped everything up nicely.

Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

My Rating System:
1 Star- Abysmal. DNF or had to drag myself to the last page.
2 Star- Finished but did not like.
3 Star- Finished. Enjoyed for what it was but did not leave a lasting impression.
4 Star- Fantastic! Enjoyed the entire experience!
5 Star- Extraordinary. Life changing. Emotionally damaging. Made me feel so deeply on any level that I think about this read for weeks after.

Action packed with lots of plot twists that really give a new perspective on the first two books.

really good

I would have given it four stars if the romance hadn't actually, in my opinion, hindered not only the story's progress but kind of made a mockery of this book's mood in several scenes. I still think Clare's greatest accomplishment in these series is her plots. I could do without all the angst and romance.

Read it in an entire day, sorry/not much for ignoring the family. Great trilogy thus far!
