I genuinely like this series so much (particularly this first trilogy) but I strongly dislike Clary. She’s kind of awful.

I liked this one. The world was very intriguing. I couldn't put the book down. The characters had a bit more depth to them than the first two books. I adore Magnus. Overall, still an awful series, so far. I now feel as if I must know what happens at the end; thus, I must finish the series... although, this is the third shot I have given the series, and it is still awful. At least, it has that moreishness to it.

If you stopped here it feels like it could be a natural ending, no cliffhangers.
Uncomfortable at times, but predictable. Does that mean I didn't like it? No. I still liked it. I might be almost 30, but I like a good young adult book now and then. :)
