It’s a fine cozy mystery. There are a few problematic moments, and the heroine isn’t all bad. I did enjoy the juxtaposition of ending a chapter dealing with a murder, then finding a cookie recipe on the following page. Maybe I’ll try to make the Chocolate Chip Crunchies?

this was very okay with a lot of stupid moments. nothing mind blowing but i’m gonna continue the series because the possible love interest is hot lmao and the next title has strawberry in it. love strawberries
