If I inhale the next book like I inhaled this Prologue Novella then I need to cancel all of my plans. Carter and June have so much tension that their story is going to be one of banter and spice. I absolutely can not wait for the next book to come out! This was such a tease!

Heart pounding, sizzling action. My heart never stopped racing through this entire prequel novella.

Carter Morelli is nothing like I imagined, but everything De-lick-ious!!! He's yummy intelligence wrapped up in a super spy package. A Morelli with secrets, I should have seen coming, but WOW, did I love the surprise.

Transporting Jane Porter, a wildlife photographer, on his latest mission when everything goes horribly wrong stranding them both on a tiny island. It wasn't supposed to happen, especially with sweet, innocent Jane in tow, but now they are facing a life and death situation and only Carter knows the truth.

Non-stop, breathtaking action from beginning to end. I can hardly wait for the rest of their story.

The Crash (Deserted Island #0.5) by Skye Warren, Amelia Wilde – She’s just an introvert who likes to take pictures who accidentally let Indiana Jones take her to Africa in a plane! I’m gonna need the next book! Happy Reading!

This book is to a new series in the Midnight Dynasty World and the prequel leading up to Force by Nature. The prequel introduces a new character, June Porter, into the Midnight Dynasty world. Julia Porter is a Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer who is headed to Mauritania on a research assignment for the Biology Department at Oxford. To get there Carter Morelli has to fly her there and she's terrified of flying.
Carter has always been a mystery and now we get too finally know what exactly Carter does because you know it’s not just about plants, especially since he is a Morelli. But the second they meet her sweetness gets right under his skin much to his dismay. The chemistry between Carter and June is electric in this book and I can't wait to find out what happens next as these 2 are stranded on an island after the plane crashes.

I have been anxiously waiting for Carter’s story and it has started off as an explosive, hoy and spicy teaser of what’s to come! And I can’t wait for more!
June is a photographer who has been tasked to fly 10 hours in a plane to take pictures and the elusive and secretive Carter is her pilot.
I loved this couples banter and instant attraction that sets a spectacular beginning on an epic series!

This is the prequel to Force of Nature releasing in August, 2022. It explains how Carter and June ended up on an island after their plane went down. Carter is a professor of biology but there’s something hidden and secretive about him. June is a sunshiny nature photographer who hates flying and a little naive.

The two together are

These two talented authors definitely know how to leave us wanting more. A quick read and the perfect tease with drama and suspense mixed with just the right amount of chemistry. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

It's Amelia Wilde...of course, I had to give it five stars!

Did I know this was a prequel...nope...was not paying attention so I may have screamed at that ending! Get ready for a cliffhanger because this just slaps you in the face with one!

We get just the right amount of build-up in this quick novel, plot tension, sexual tension, the whole shebang, and then it's over leaving you in that tension until the next book releases...

Was it worth it? Absolutely! I love the Morelli family and honestly cannot wait to nose dive into Carter's story!

In this prequel we meet Carter and June Porter, two opposites forced together to create separate missions. She to photograph wildlife and his to fly her there (and maybe be a part of some sort of secret mission). But they don't arrive at their destination and instead crash land on a deserted island. But was it an accident or is someone out to see Carter doesn't finish what he started...

Seriously...how do I get this next book!?

What a start to this series!

I can't wait to read more about the elusive Carter Morelli and June, the woman in the wrong plane at the wrong time. Their interactions in this quick prequel novella are wonderful and I want more!
