Super cute small town romance. I am really liking this series and these books for the fact that they are short and fast paced. Interconnected stand alones following siblings will forever be so top tier for me. I really fell in love with book 1 in this series, and although this one was still super cute, I wish it were a little longer and had more development between the 2 main characters. I am looking forward to continuing this series soon!

“Grieving isn’t something that has an expiration date. And losing people you love affects you in many ways.”

This quote resonated with me. I have lost a few people in my life, and it definitely feels like even though it has been years, it was like yesterday.

This book was heart warming. Not my favorite like Simply Mine - but still a great read!

Another sweet addition to this series. Second chance romance. I liked seeing Everly give into her feelings for Hawk and decide to finally commit. I also liked her finally opening up about her feelings in regards to her mother and family.

There was one moment when I was a bit annoyed by Hawk and his reaction to something. But it was very minor and didn’t impact overall enjoyment.

This is pretty low key and an easy listen.
