Ammetto che questo volume per me non è uno dei migliori di questa saga: ho notato parecchie incoerenze, e il finale mi è sembrato un po' frettoloso e privo di quel pathos che regnava negli scontri finali della prima saga.

L'elemento che ho apprezzato di più è stato sicuramente il personaggio di Nico, forse uno dei più profondi e interessanti di tutto il Riordanverse (per quello che ho letto finora); o forse semplicemente mi identifico fortemente nella sua caratterizzazione. Le parole di Nico hanno toccato corde del mio vissuto che mi hanno smosso particolarmente. Quanto avrei amato dei capitoli con il suo pov!

Non vedo comunque l'ora di leggere l'ultimo capitolo di questa saga, anche se una parte di me vorrebbe che non finisse mai.

Fun as always, and action-packed doesn’t even begin to describe this book. I think the sheer amount of shit going on with the characters and the many things they encounter sometimes make it a little harder to read because it weighs the plot down and none of it is fluff. other than that i’m excited to finish the series i haven’t been this invested in YA in years
