I’m still invested in this series like I need to know what happens. It can definitely be a bit confusing at times but I love the characters, the found family, the way Casia’s anxiety is written…I can’t wait to start the next one!!

I AM NOT OKAY.

This book was an incredible ride of emotions, and the series continues to get better. We pick up right where we left off from book two, so we are immediately thrust into action and excitement. The twists don’t stop there either. This book was full of intrigue, action, drama, love, and magic.

I am once again in love with Casia. Gaither does an incredible job of bringing her to life - not just her strengths but her perceived weaknesses. It’s beautiful to see anxiety put on the page through such a strong character, and to have it handled in such an inspirational way.

Elander had some wonderful shining moments too, and his story unfolding was one of the best plot developments of this story. I’m so excited to see where his story goes from here.

The ending was once again full of action and drama and twists that have me screaming and now impatiently waiting for book four. This world is absolutely beautiful and I look forward to seeing more!
