I’m someone who wants all information possible and enjoys medical jargon and I just didn’t find this helpful. 

My take aways were that honestly all it did was make me overtly nervous and I’ve decided that since I’m not an OBGYN I’ll just go ahead and rely on what mine is telling me because I trust medicine and science :)

As a first time mom, I found it helpful to have a breakdown of what things mean and what choices I’ll have to make, along with some general idea of statistics and risks. I think it’s important to always listen to your OB first and foremost, so I took most of this book with a grain of salt. I personally will not be having a daily glass of wine, but to each their own!
