Lana is warned away from Nathan, Milo, and Kai from her brother Felix because of their past. However, she has no choice after they catch her in the middle of an act, but then she does the same for them. The guys use their proof as a way to get her to do what they want. Nathan does end up regretting that, and I enjoyed seeing the way he changed and the introduction of his sister. Evil Boys really picks up at around 80%. This is a dark book, so please check the trigger warnings. Lana is an extremely strong FMC and can take care of herself and her men. I love how different the guys are, and I could not pick a favorite. I can’t wait to find out what happened to Crystal.
We just took the exact plot from the first book and changed the names.
Do we care? No we don’t.

Don’t think I’ve ever read something so awful. Skimmed the last 40% just so I could be done. It felt like it was never going to end.

Okay so I’ll just be real here. I actually found this book because I saw someone post a review saying they normally have no triggers but it was too much for them and they had to DNF. Immediately of course I thought challenged accepted and 1000% I dropped all my arcs that I knew I needed to finish because I had to read this next. Well it was totally worth it!! Ahhhhh I freaking loved this book! If you think you have no triggers please check the warning because if you follow me then you know nothing bothers me LOL. The way these phantom boys treat Lana and how they underestimate her was everything. It was brutal and somehow it made me question if new kinks were unlocked with certain scenes lol. I honestly cannot wait for the next book and hopefully it releases sooner than later.

Lost interest, poor writing
Graphic: Sexual assault, Sexual violence
the plot was less good than sick boys tbh like everyone at the university is fucked up so idk why she felt so compelled to keep her secrets as if everyone would hate her for them
and it wasn’t explained in this one who forced the phantom boys to do what they did to penelope’s sister (and if that was explained in sick boys i don’t recall so that’s annoying)
it was really just giving a lot of grudges that didn’t make sense
but as always loved to smut, it was top tier BUT sometimes i have to reread to make sure i can conceptualize their positions lmao
also!! which we had a kai + milo moment hehe

Beautifully twisted! Read if you love deep dark obsessive characters, RH, sex and secrets. A stunning follow up to Sick Boys.
Another great dark romance from Clarissa Wild!
The second book in the Spine Ridge University series follows Lana and the Phantom Boys.
I just have to start by saying that I really enjoyed this book and all the dark suspense that kept me turning page after page. I just warn you to please read the trigger warnings before delving in. Clarissa has such an amazing way of writing such dark and gritty stories that have just the right amount of bullying in it (well... for me that is), and this book, of course, did not disappoint one bit.
Side Note: I also just want to add that I am absolutely in love with the fact that Clarissa's book are getting longer and longer! Go Clarissa!

horrible. This book is horrible. What the actual fuck?
Okay, this one was a tad better than the first one as the FMC is a murderer, but what the actual fuck?
