I cannot fucking kill this son of a bitch because I want him. I want him so badly I can’t fucking breathe … because he’s stolen my breath from me. And I throw the knife aside and slam my lips onto his, kissing him with every inch of that fucked-up soul tethered to his.

Holy fucking shit this is garbage and I'm Oscar the grouch! This was like a fever dream mix of Den of Vipers x Haunting Adeline x Summon Us.

The Good:
- THE SMUT!
- All the characters are kinda likable
- I liked the story
-Pacing and page-length were appropriate
- This is the second in the series and I did not know that, but it seems to be a stand-alone. I actually didn't feel like I really missed too much so I think I will enjoy the first and honestly can say that reading out of order for this was fine.

The Bad:
- I actually would have liked the plot to be more developed and could have really used a duet for this story, where she has a long term murder goal and they all help her carry it out.
- The start of the book was not very captivating.
- I would have liked more dedication to CNC chapters because that would have pushed this further into the dark romance world. the smut was smutting and the story outside of the love story is dark, I would have liked the darkness of the smut to match that. BUT that is really just me, this is not really a ding against the book.
- The severity between the frats seems more like a gang situation at first but then REALLY fizzles out and feels stupid near the end.

The Ugly:
- SUPER CRINGE! Like DOV cringe
In 2024 I am playing 'HAE or Nah?" where I determine if this couple will have a happily ever after or nah.
So will this couple have a HEA? I THINK so! I can't see anyone leaving and I think everyone is too entangled to leave, but this relationship is toxic AF so maybe they stay together but who can determine if its happily ever after?

Book two in the Spine Ridge University series, was also a spicy one. This book feels focused more on the spice then the plot, it picks up where the Sick Boys Ends and leads into the coming book Vile boys. I need to know about Crystal!! So now we wait for book three.

The second book in the Spine Ridge U books and boy this did not disappoint. We're introduced to Lana towards the ending of book 1 but man she is not who she seemed to be whatsoever. She was strong, a bad ass, and just overall SO gnarly. There were so many instances where I wanted to snatch her out of the scene she was in but she held her own and embraced her situations as best as she could. Kai, Milo, and Nathan. wooooooooo damn. As a trio, they are wild. When first introduced to the whole secret society thing in book 1 and even their appearance in book 1, I thought these dudes are crazy. Kai and Milo didn't have much of a backstory but you don't really miss it or need it for this story. Nathan's story is a lot more intricate and is important to why he is the way he is. All of them together were very very different than the MFMM pairing of book 1, but the dynamic was just as good.

It was decent, but this was nothing but literature porn. Kai was my favorite until the end. It could of been left out.

I didn’t like  how there were repetitive statements from characters.

I have no word. This book made me feel so many emotions. When i read "this may be triggering for some readers" i knew I would love this book.

I was giggling and kicking my feet so hard that i had to close everything when i read Milos and Lanas first time.

Nathan oh my i loved him. The relationship between him and Milo was something i will never forget.
And the love-hate relationship with Lana is written so good.

And the last lovely person.. Kai hes protective and so drawn to Lana and i love it. There is nothing i could hate ab him.

How could i ever forget Lana. Shes one of my favorite main girls. Shes independent, confident and also an amazing kil/er.

This book will be in my heart forever. Thank you for this amazing written story.
