Disappointed, so much potential but the execution was not there. Something about it felt forced, like the author is a virgin trying to write about sex, and also middle aged, or older, trying to cater to a younger audience.

I would recommend this why choose book if you like a lot of degradation. it bordered on too much for me personally but I can totally see where someone else would love it. I love a good why choose especially when you have possessive alpha males. The FMC was a bad ass. I felt the story wasn't as strong as it could have been, I didn't feel invested.

using the word gyrate once is too much. let alone like 7 times. i also never want to see the word “clitty” ever written again. i was so close to dnf the whole way thru, can’t believe i actually finished it.
Read this in a day. The spice was SPICIN’. The plot was a little weak. I think it started off really strong and didn’t end as strongly. It was also a bit repetitive with the convos between the 4 in the last 30% of the book. Like we all love each other we get it. FMC was in denial like 80% of the book. CHECK TRIGGER WARNINGS. This is a very dark romance.

Before I even started this book the content warning page had me on my fucking knees! LOVED THIS FUCKING BOOK OMG. Because I am a good fucking girl and Clarissa Wild knew how to fuck me all the way up. I was in a chokehold the entire time I couldn’t put it down.
