I know that modern references age books really fast but I’m sorry every single little thing in these makes me happy. Now, are there some parts that I personally would have been ok with omitting? For sure. It’s a LONG book and while I appreciate the way the story is unraveling it’s just long.
That said, I would die for these characters. And if I don’t get told what Grace actually is in the next book I will flip a table.

Darn, back to the cheesiest paranormal romance story. It felt like the author was trying really hard to make these teenagers more grown (since they have been through hell and back at this point, maturity comes with trauma) and all she could think of was adding in some spicy thoughts and explicit language every few paragraphs?
Grace debating between Hudson and Jaxson the ENTIRE book was numbing. The second novel was a nice little twist with Grace and Hudson’s growing friendship/relationship but this book wrecked it all.
Giving up on this series for now.

Grace thinking she's only a drawn to Hudson because of the bond even though she has gotten to talk and get to know him 10x more than Jaxon was getting on my nerves!!! If she didn't get it together this book I would've dnf lol. She barely knew Jaxon, had a fake mating bond, but still thought that was real love but with Hudson she actually spent time and got to know him but had a hard time separating her feelings from the bond. Annoying. I'm def just reading this for Hudson at this point lol.
