This one was just OK for me. I didn't particularly like Tori. She came across a bit like a bitchy waste of space to be honest. Instead of doing something about her problems she pretty much just whined about her shitty life and her bad decisions. The whole poor rich socialite that everyone misunderstands gig was strong in this one. You don't want people to label you a hot mess then maybe stop acting like a drunk slut. It's not rocket science.

That said, she does improve somewhat as the book goes on. Unfortunately then the book turns super preachy about how women are thought about. How they take the brunt of the bad press when a sex tape in leaked...yadda...yadda...yadda. The following gif was pretty much how I felt for the majority of this book.

Like I said, just ok for me. The writing itself was fine and the plot (though annoying) moved along at a nice pace. Mile's was a decent hero and the sex scenes were decently hot.

I absolutely loved this addition to the Ethan Frost series.  It may not be about Chloe or Ethan, but we see glimpses of them throughout it.

I've been waiting ages for Tori's story.  She's intrigued me since I met her in the first book. She's sassy, protective, and doesn't usually let crap bother her.  But you can tell she has a vulnerable side, and we finally get to see that.

And Miles!!! I swore up and down that I hated his character from the beginning of the series, but he manages to redeem himself in the best way possible.  He's a totally different person than I saw him as.

These two heat up the pages like no other.  They are passionate and trying to figure who they are to each other after everything that happens with Tori. I loved reading every single page, and was a little sad when it was over.

If you're a fan of the Ethan Frost series, you have to pick this one up to see what's going on with Miles and Tori.

This was my first book by Tracy Wolff and I was delightfully surprised! Not that I didn't expect great things, but I was surprised by how much more it was than just your every day romance.

Don't get me wrong this is your classic frenemies to lovers romance, with a bit of instalove and a bunch of naughty times. The difference was that there was a bit of a message mixed in with the story. I'll let you figure out. E message is on your own when you read it, but I just wanted to mention it because I appreciate when books give you that little bit extra.

I really enjoyed Tori and Miles' banter. It was pretty funny at times, and even when they were mad at each other it only added to their tension!

Some of the situations are OTT, but it's well written and there are other more relatable parts that tone the OTT moments down!

Recommend to anyone who enjoys frenemies to lovers and instalove!!

Received this book from Netgalley for my honest review.

Tori is a riches to rags girl. She has rebelled her whole life against her parents and after one too many bad decisions she has decided to turn her life around. She is doing well until she turns an ex down and now her life is in turmoil again and her family cuts her off completely even though the decision she made was 2 years prior.

Ethan Frost is Tori's best friends brother and she hates him with every fiber in her being. Ethan has made bad decisions in the past but has done everything in his power to make up for them.

Tori & Ethan are now thrown together and the sparks fly.

The book wasn't my favorite as I couldnt get connected to the characters very much. The book is good though.

I didn't realize this was the 4th book in the series, but it was okay. I was filled in on most of the back story from the previous books. It was an easy read, and the characters were great.

When Tori Reed loses everything, he sets her free.

I told myself I'd never trust Miles Girard, no matter how brilliant or sexy he may be. His sister, Chloe—Ethan Frost's wife—is my best friend, but I know just how low Miles will stoop to get what he wants. Now he's the last thing I want: my boss.

Growing up, I had it all—except for the sense that I belonged. And when a mistake from my past surfaces in the press, my parents don't hesitate to cut me off.

But surprisingly, Miles offers me a helping hand.

Before I know it, our relationship turns unprofessional in the hottest ways. Of course, he still drives me crazy. But when I'm dealt the ultimate blow, Miles is there for me. And maybe he's the one I've been looking for all along.

First off, I have not read any of the other books so I was not familiar with any of the characters. What I liked about this book was the depth of the characters and their interactions. What I didn't like was all the sex. I know that I'm probably gonna get hazed because of that but...My gosh! Could we not have some real emotion other than, I hate you, no I like you, no I love you...I'm gonna bang you everywhere. I can't in good conscience recommend this to anyone under the age of 18 and I just felt that I kept putting it down and picking up another book. Was the author a good writer? Yes, she was. She wrote from a place of passion, lots and lots of it but it took place in 48 hours. If you like instalove and all that...this is the book for you.

I was given a copy of this ARC from the publisher on Netgalley for a honest review. All of the above comments are my express opinions and no one else's.
