I was most excited for Sierra’s story as I read the others in the series. While I loved the other books, this one fell short for me. It felt very rushed, lots of plot points cut off and time jumping weeks at a time without more than one sentence explanations. On top of that, too many grammatical mistakes to overlook. I understand a few, but it seemed like every other chapter had missing or additional words, incorrect pronouns, missing letters in words, etc.

Did not turn out as expected
Wanted more banter and quirky replies but got nothing The rivalry was also very boring The story started at the latter half of the book which was not interesting

Sierra is the youngest and the only girl of the Windsor kids. All of their marriages were arranged by Grandma Anne. Sierra runs the real estate business of the family business. Her competitor and arch rival who is always doing the little things to irritate her is Xavier.
Xavier loves to ruffle Sierra’s feathers because he loves her reaction and to see how she will get him back. But when she started looking at another man he knew he had to put a stop to it because she was his even if she didn’t know it. He went to all of her five brothers asking for help to confront Grandma Anne to ask for Sierra’s hand in marriage and offer a merger of his own real estate company to make the deal happen. After what seemed like forever Grandma Anne agreed. Xavier can’t believe his luck.
Catharina’s books always make me cry. This book was no different. I not only cried because the story ripped my heart out before putting it back into my chest. I also cried because this is the end of the Windsors. I loved all six books. Each story was so different and heart wrenching like all of Catharina’s books. They have been some of the best books I have read. I can’t wait for what is next from Catharina but I know I will love it.
