I usually don’t read books like this, but my mother recommended it to me. I’m really glad she did. It was very informative and educational. The author clearly explains the whats, hows, and whys, in a very easy way to understand. She is not trying to sell you a diet or tell you what to eat. Rather, she suggests different hacks and little things you can do to help improve your health and make you feel better. My mother has been using the hacks for 3 months now and says she feels amazing. I haven’t tried them yet, but will now that I finished the book.

Practical. I recommend listening to it and then looking for the recipes online (I bought the other book with the 1 month process and it was 20 dollars I could’ve saved)

Provides a succinct explanation of how glucose impacts the body followed by doable habits to adopt that can prevent glucose spikes. I have not tried these approaches myself but, based on others book reviews I found online, it seems to work.
