The first half of the lost children arc - it’s pretty good.
Idk I guess I‘m a little bit disappointed that this arc doesn’t flow into the main story at all. It’s not quite my favorite part of Berserk.

The cocoons looked disgusting af. Didn’t enjoy this volume as much as the other ones

Today, the 20th of May of 2021, Kentauro Miura has been announced to have passed away. Many years ago, around the same time of the year, I started reading the manga and I think that I only started to truly love it around this particular volume. It's been ages since I read it but I still consider the Lost Children "Arch" one of the many highlights of the entire manga.

RIP Kentauro Miura. You've left a great legacy behind you. No matter if unfinished, Berserk will always remain one of the most relevant comic books of any language to ever be published. Thank you for everything.

easily the best volume thus far. this arc is so fucking good.
