I loved this book. I was originally drawn to the it because the art makes me think of Edward Gorey. The story between the girl and the Outsider is sweet and it makes you curious as to how they ended up in these circumstances. Definitely will continue with the series.

I am really not a manga or graphic novel fan, but I really enjoyed this one.

Normally I find graphic novels to be confusing because as the reader we don't get much context from the drawings or dialog. But this time I didn't feel overly confused or felt liked the story was rushed. I will probably read the next book as well
