eerily familiar. at times a little corny. love the way gillian flynn writes. called the twist, but still didn’t expect it. big for hypochondriacs, older sisters, and the obvious ones. big for those returning to their grandparents’ town. all of you have been using the “a child weaned on comfort” quote wrong btw. i’ve never had an original experience basically. easily a bookshelf staple. gillian flynn lives in chicago i could run into her wtf.

I did NOT see that end coming!! I know the little sister was disturbed, but to have been the one who killed the girls?! I guess with knowing this was the same author as Gone Girl, I should have known it would be dark. The parts where she describes her cutting was too much for me. Very disturbing.
