Great graphic novel - I loved the drawing style and layout - the text suffered greatly due to lazy text-style selection, a lot of Italic Times New Roman - given the overall high quality of the book, a better and more careful application of font style could have been used. I really loved Ashley Marie Witter's drawings, though, and her interpretation of Claudia, Louis, and Lestat.

I don't think this book stands alone well. Not knowing the context of the fuller story would likely leave most readers a little lost. The art style is beautiful and the use of color is poignant, but it's unclear why this segment alone was vizualized as such.

The graphic novel gave new depth to the grandeur of Claudia's character, trapped in a small and young body. Witter's visual interpretation of Claudia's experience made me fall even more in love with Louis. Who knew such a thing was possible.

I absolutely adored the artwork. I wish I had re-read Interview first because I was fuzzy on some of the details. It's been a long time!

It's must faster than the original story. It's also a graphic novel.
