3.5. This was a quick, easy read. I enjoyed the story and learning about the characters, but a lot of the plot felt contrived and I wasn't too keen on the ending.

This book is really more of a 3.5 for me. I loved the setting and the characters did intrigue me but I kept waiting for something to happen that ultimately didn’t.

I was also not a fan of the final chapter told from the dog’s point of view.

This might be my favorite Elin Hilderbrand book.
I actually liked the main characters for a change.
I also liked the contrasts between the two islands reflected in the personalities of the twins.
I really enjoyed the story as well.

This book was WEIRD.  Plot, scenarios, unrealistic characters...didn't love it.  Listened to on audio, otherwise probably wouldn't have finished it.  Enjoyed learning more about the difference between nantucket and Martha's vineyard.

Elin Hilderbrand never disappoints with a good 'ole weekend read! Entertaining, light and predictable but worth every minute.

Elon Hilderbrand can’t write a bad book.
