inspiring lighthearted

Though this book is aimed at younger audiences, I really enjoyed it.
I'm the type of person that gets side-tracked and is easily led by a book. I do not see twists coming, and simple humor really gets me sometimes and so this was right up my alley.
Wonderfully Christmasy, this tells the tale of a boy in a wheel-chair who wants a dinosaur for Christmas. Shenanigans ensue.
There are classics villains, and magical elves, friendship, and a dinosaur. This was a really nice and light-hearted book with twists and turns. I will be reading the second one Christmas 2020

Oh, ma che bella lettura è stata!
Il plot twist finale non me lo aspettavo! Bravissimo Tom, i’m so proud ♥️

This was so much fun. Yes, it is sort of cheesy but I don't care because it gave me all the warm fuzzies and made me feel so happy.

Oh goodreads, please give us 1/2 star ratings, it would make our lives so much easier!! :)
Actual rating a solid 3.5/5 stars!
I read The Christmasaurus at the perfect time, over Christmas, and I think it is a book that could possibly become a Yuletide tradition. It tells the story of a young, wheelchair bound boy called William Trundle who asks Santa for a Dinosaur, little knowing that the Christmasaurus is about to come crashing into his life!! This book is written for young children which is why it wasn't quite a 4 star read for me, but I still found it utterly sweet and magical. Highly recommended for all children or anyone young at heart who wants a quick easy read at Christmas.

this is going on my favourite list.

as a wheelchair user I wish a book like this was available when I was a child.

it was so nice to see myself represented with out disability being the story focus

also dinosaurs are awesome no matter how old you are and though I am not as big a fan of Christmas as Mr trundle this absolutely gave me the Christmas feels

I am 27 at the time of writing this and though this is aimed at children I Thoroughly enjoyed this book I bought the book 4 times
1 hard back for myself
1 audio book for myself (I liked reading along with the person reading) the pictures were beautiful
2 other hard back books for my friend

thank you tom for writing this book

Such a lovely story. You can tell Tom really loves Christmas as you can feel it truly come through in his writing. Having the album with the novel as well adds to the atmosphere of the book and I think really adds to the story and immerses you even more! I loved it.

Loved everything about it!
Such a beautifully and hilariously written book for all ages with the most amazing illustrations I have ever seen.
They really help tell the story and I loved that I didn't need to try to imagine what all the characters looked liked.
Everyone should be reading The Christmasaurus at Christmas time. :)
