I have Beta and Arc read other novels in this series and none of them have disappointed. This one is no exception. I feel so honored and privileged to help out with this book as well.
I loved the whole concept of Olivia's character. She has been born into privilege and wealth but doesn't miss it when things go awry for her. She didn't need to develop into a better character. She just was a good person in a privileged situation. I loved how blue collar ledger was. He was just this normal, everyday, gruff kind of dude. Well a normal, gruff, everyday kind of dude with a filthy mouth and a very special piercing. ;) Their chemistry was awesome. The spice was spicingggggggg. They were equal parts adorable and filthy to each other. I loved it. In addition to to the lovely spice scenes, the plot was engaging and kept me going. I'm really looking forward to more of Gia's work. <3

I was provided an eARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Gia Stevens has a way of creating background characters that feel very surface level but the second their book comes out you discover a whole world behind it. I like this because if I’m reading a book about a character from their POV, i expect them to focus on their story. The universe Gia is creating is unique and fun, allowing each character set to shine in their own stories.
This book specifically, I felt like the characters were so interesting and their dynamic worked in a way I really didn’t expect at first.

Complicated
When she doesn't feel a spark while kissing the guy she thought she'd been attracted to for months, Olivia Ellis is convinced there's something wrong with her. Acting on impulse, she asks the hot, tattooed biker next to her at the bar to kiss her, and it turns out to be the hottest kiss of her life. Unfortunately, he's called away before she can get his name or number, but she can't stop thinking about him. She heads back to the bar in an attempt to track down her mystery man, but just when she thinks it's a lost cause, Olivia literally runs into him. What starts as a fling with mechanic Ledger Hudson quickly turns into something more, but things take a turn when she finds out that her friend Trey - the man she was supposed to be hooking up with the night she met Ledger - is actually Ledger's half-brother. Further complicating matters is her wealthy parents' opposition to Olivia's choice to date someone from a blue collar background. But Ledger makes Olivia happier than she's ever been. Are they strong enough to face the challenges together, or will they only drive them apart?
I really liked both Ledger and Olivia and their chemistry was undeniable. They both made some boneheaded decisions early in the story, and if they had just communicated with each other they could have avoided a lot of problems. Even though it frustrated me while I was reading, I suppose I have to give them grace since they were still learning to navigate a new relationship, and their communications skills had improved by the end. They may not have been a conventional match, but they certainly made each other happy, and I was rooting for them the whole way.
Overall, "Flirting with the Bad Boy" was a fun opposites attract romance, and I'd recommend it for readers who enjoy dirty-talking heroes and lots of steam. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Flirting with the Bad Boy is about a girl trying to find a spark in her love life and a mechanic just trying to make it through life. I really enjoyed Olivia and Ledger‘s relationship. Even though they wouldn’t look like a good fit they were able to bring out the good in each other. He helped her become stronger and she helped him take a chance on love. Like always the writing was excellent and there were many parts that had me swooning. I can’t wait for Gia Stevens next book.

After a disastrous kissing encounter with someone Olivia has been flirting with for awhile, she thinks she is broken and asks the man next to her at the bar to kiss her. By looks, he is completely opposite of her- a tattooed, long haired, bad boy, but their chemistry is hot. The kiss leaves her wanting more.
This is my first book by this author, so I was surprised by how spicy it is, but there is a good plot to go with it. Olivia and Ledger come from two different worlds and there are some people who don’t approve of their relationship and a little family meddling.
Read this if you like:
Opposites attract
Bad boy/good girl
Best friend’s brother
Extremely spicy
Thank you to the author for the advanced readers copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I will definitely catch up with the prior books in this series and read the next book about Olivia’s sister.
