Super useful overall handbook for repairs, mixed in with inspiring anecdote to remind us why we repair. Clearly a work made with a lot of love and respect to the practice of mending and to the objects we use and own.

Not just a mending book, but a delight in illustration as well. Unlike other books, all of the images are hand drawn. Add this to the delightful stories and reflections on life and mending, and you have a sewing book of a completely different order. I borrowed this copy from my library, but I think this is one that I need to have on my shelf!
