Fucking hell..!!
Never have I ever read this kind of book before ..
The pain and the love , the intensity and the pull this book had made me question some things myself..
I have so many thoughts are running in my mind right now but I can't say much because I just cant verbalize what I am feeling right now the intensity and the major phenomenal melancholy this story had , has such a strong grasp which led me to believe in so many things that made me realise that fiction or not I just cannot imagine and just cannot deny this fact that this book just threw me off guard and I'm probably not making sense right now but trust me I will be when I am stable because this book made me question myself question my beliefs so many times that I can't put my words into it

I really enjoyed the humor and wit of the heroine, Megan. Her sarcastic sense of humor had me laughing more than once. I also enjoyed the mystery surrounding Theo and why he'd turned mute. Toward the end, the book took a dark turn. While I enjoyed it, I wasn't left feeling warm and fuzzy when I closed the book.

I was very intrigued by Midnight Valentine's blurb. I knew I couldn't miss this story and I'm so happy that I read it! I'm so in love with this book!
I've been trying to write this review for a few days and I think that I'm still struggling as I write it because this story blew me away. Everything about this book is amazing! I wasn't expecting such an emotional roller-coaster and I really didn't expect to love it so much but I truly did, Megan and Theo's journey took my breath away and broke my heart... repeatedly!
So, Megan lost the love of her life and she's still grieving after 5 years. She moves to a small town, to a house that was a beautiful dream she shared with Cassidy, her late husband. And in that small town she meets Theo. Let's just say their first, second and third encounters don't go well at all! Actually, Theo seems to hate her at first sight and she's confused about his reactions to her presence but mostly about her reactions to his behavior around her...
Theo also faced a tragedy and he survived it. Scarred, troubled and silent, everyone loves the former golden boy but no one does quite understand him, except, to some extent, his best friend. And then, there's Megan moving in to a house that holds so much meaning to him...
Honestly, I can't give any details because this is one of those books that you should just read the blurb, one click it and READ IT! All I can say is that this story wrecked me and it's one of the most beautiful, emotional, amazing, heartbreaking, unique romances I've read. Definitely a must read, unquestionably my top favorite of 2018 so far. J.T. Geissinger is truly talented! I've read her Bad Habit series (not a fan of the first book in that series, loved the second and really liked the third one), but Midnight Valentine is in a different league entirely, I'm absolutely blown away by her amazing ability to tug at readers' heartstrings, she thrives on writing unique, emotional, tragic romances with broken and complex characters, beautiful settings and remarkable plots. I highly recommend Midnight Valentine to anyone who loves romances, especially if you're an hopeless romantic. This hauntingly beautiful romance will definitely stay with me for a long, long time.

How do you even write a blurb for this book?
Midnight Valentine by JT Geissinger
4.5 stars
This book almost scored a perfect 5 up until the 80% mark, but then it didn’t because that last part felt a bit rushed to me, and I needed a little more closure and clarity on certain things.
Other than that, I appreciated the book for how unique it was. I love it when a book blows my preconceptions of what I’d usually like and not like out of the water, and this book did that quite effectively. I would’ve been mildly hesitant to give this a chance if I’d read the blurb or known more about the story starting out. I love the author’s poetic storytelling voice, and how she could soothe me and make me smile even through the copious tears I was shedding for Megan and Theo and their heartbreaking story. Also, there’s just something about the Beast hero that gets me every time. I’d recommend going in blind, just like I did, so as to not be swayed by any biases about the story

This book was quite a funny and lovely read. I loved Megan’s character. She was just hilarious. Though I didn’t like how she got fooled by Craig. That guy boiled my blood. The only reason I took off a star is because the book seemed quite unrealistic. I know that is the point of fiction, but still. It was just that I had some questions regarding their relationship. That being said, the ending was perfect and I was happy with it. A feel good book, for sure.
I was not expecting this book to blow me away, but it did. I loved it so much!
