I usually like catharina mauras books but this one wasn't it sadly.
Idk, way too much unrequited love and everyone is in love with everyone.
Both mcs were kind of annoying too.

I was depressed while reading it. It was hard for me to start because it hit close to home.

I couldn’t help but cry for the lost of Tyra and how her disappearance affected Archer and Serenity. I was going through the exact same thing with someone I knew who also went missing when I started the book.

I enjoyed the book though. Character development was smooth and it didn't feel rushed. They each took their time evaluating their feelings for each other so I love that. The climax made me depressed and left me feeling sad again, which was also why it was hard for me to finish the book because I knew what was coming. In the end, the book was good and the ML and FL have a special place in my heart. Love them always.
