5/5! The imagery in this book is superb. I felt like I was in the marsh. I could picture it so clearly. The main character is complex. It’s a story of trauma, loss, and resilience. Even better, it’s not a predictable story. Loved this book so much. It was the best one I read that year.

I love this book! It took me forever to actually start this book, but once I actually started to read it, everything changed. I love how you can see the main character grow and really become her own person. You can really feel the pain that she goes through, but you know she will get the ending she deserves.

Love every second of it. Made me feel a lot of feelings and thats what i want out of a book. So beautifully written as well. I felt like i was also there walking and seeing everything the characters saw/felt. Amazing book!
