This book is mainly about IIT life and I feel anyone dreaming about getting into IIT must read this and know that this place isn't their dream heaven. Students at IIT would realize that it is ok to be at the bottom of the class gpa wise, you may end up better than some of the toppers in the end. Is an ok romance read, probably won't recommend this book for people who are not interested to know about life in IIT.

if there is anyone whose books I hate more than john green, it is Chetan bhagat. well, at least I give green a try. bhagat is a big no-no.

it's funny how his books are turned into like best movies. I don't get how 3 idiots and this book are the same... that's one of the best movies there is. The writing pretty much sucked, the plot was baseless and made me want to scream the entire time.

Quite a good book. A touching story, may be mostly because I am also an engineering student. But I really think the way he has put the words together, anyone will find it interesting enough to go through the whole book.

Nice Tale. Read in the latter years of my school life and that's why I loved it. LMAO

For once, I liked the movie more than the book.

After reading 'half girlfriend' I was not sure whether to read chetan bhagat's books or not. But my view about him has changed after reading this one. It's a good book. It's totally realistic and anyone can relate to the characters.

First CB novel I read and to be honest I liked it. I'm going to just skip the part about Bhagat's horrible writing but the way story unfolds at various stages made it a bit more likeable.
